• The outcomes of coaching depend significantly on your own commitment and effort. We cannot guarantee specific results.
• If you are currently receiving treatment from a mental health professional, please consult with them before beginning a coaching programme.

Before commencing a coaching programme, we will typically provide you with a coaching agreement setting out:

• Session fees and payment terms
• Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements
• Confidentiality obligations

These Terms apply alongside any such coaching agreement. In the event of a conflict, the specific coaching agreement will take precedence.

6. Confidentiality

We treat everything discussed in coaching sessions as strictly confidential. We will not disclose information shared during coaching to any third party without your consent, except where:

• There is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others that we believe requires disclosure in the interests of safety

Likewise, you agree to treat any materials, methods, or proprietary content shared by us during coaching as confidential and not to reproduce or distribute them without our prior written consent.

7. Fees, Payment, and Cancellations

Specific fees and payment terms will be agreed before any coaching engagement begins and set out in your coaching agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Session fees are payable in advance or as specified in your coaching agreement.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the full session rate.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions and will provide as much notice as possible. Where we cancel, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional charge.

We do not sell products or take payments directly through this Website.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not accept liability for any decisions you make or actions you take as a result of coaching or information obtained from this Website.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the Website or coaching services.
• Our total liability to you in connection with coaching services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific session or programme to which the claim relates.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.

Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable legislation are not affected by these Terms.
