Hi — I'm Olive. If you're lacking the confidence needed to succeed, or feel that you don't have the talent to live your dream life, don't worry — I've been there too.
I have worked through my own fears, overcome challenging events, and manifested positive, nurturing environments that have continuously opened new opportunities for me. I understand what it feels like to be stuck, and I know what it takes to move forward.

My background
I love interacting with people and wanted to affect others in a positive way — so I worked as a successful teacher for over 15 years. I decided it was time to expand and reach as many individuals as possible, and so OVP Coaching was born.
I now use my experiences to encourage others to be the best they can be. Using your patchwork of experiences and helping you find your purpose, your life will change for the better.
From physicist to life coach
Olive Pellington is a graduate of Sheffield Hallam, Bordeaux and Essex University. Her fascination with physics and philosophy led her to delve deeper into the world of science and existence: Who am I? Why are we here?

Olive's passion for understanding people and the world around her led her to study physics and philosophy across three universities — laying the analytical and philosophical groundwork for everything that followed.
Teaching Career
Over a decade and a half in education, working directly with young people and adults to help them grow, build confidence, and realise their potential. This period forged a deep understanding of what holds people back — and what moves them forward.
Certified Coach, Speaker & Trainer
Olive trained under the John Maxwell International coaching programme — one of the world's most respected leadership and life coaching certifications. This gave her a world-class framework built on proven, values-based principles.
OVP Coaching — Obtaining Vitality & Purpose for Life
Now running OVP Coaching full-time, working with adults, teens, schools, and organisations across Birmingham and online. Her mission: to help as many people as possible live with genuine clarity, confidence, and purpose.
